Toney man killed in Alabama 20 crash

A Toney man was killed early Friday in a crash on Alabama 20, according to a published media report.

WAFF-48 reported Decatur emergency personnel responded to the crash at about 2:20 a.m. They found a 2003 Ford Taurus overturned on the westbound side of Alabama 20.

An occupant of the vehicle, Larry White, was pronounced dead at the scene.

WAFF reports officials determined the vehicle had been struck from behind by another vehicle that left the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
