• HARVEST — White 2004 Kia Spectra valued at $7,000 stolen between Nov. 22 and Dec. 7, 28000 block Nick Davis Road
• ATHENS — Miscellaneous Craftsman tools, hand sander, paint sprayer, lockout kit, Craftsman pull handle, pipe wrench, CB radio, Craftsman drill, antique toolbox, car scanner, double-receiver hitch, DVD player, two air wrenches and 13 ratchet wrenches, total $1,645, stolen Dec. 7, 20000 block Alabama 127
• ELKMONT — Alabama license plate of unknown value stolen between Oct. 1 and Dec. 4, 13000 block Grigsby Ferry Road
• ATHENS — U.S. currency valued at $50 stolen Sept. 18, 600 block U.S. 31 South

City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:
• Carlos Antwoine Royles, 37, of 1400 Acorn Hill Circle, Athens, illegal possession use of a credit/debit card
• Kyle Douglas Owen, 32, of Upper Fort Hampton Road, Elkmont, arrest for city of Madison
• Travis Lynn Sharpe, 32, of 424 Elkton St., Athens, driving under the influence (alcohol)
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Friday:
• Two college textbooks, book bag, purse and wallet, total $925, stolen Dec. 5 or 6, 800 block East Forrest Street
• Registration sticker valued at $10 stolen between Dec. 1 and 7, 100 block Woodridge Drive
• Merchandise valued at $44 stolen Dec. 7, 1000 block U.S. 72 East
• Gas heater valued at $250 stolen Dec. 2 or 3, 900 block West Bryan Street
