Troopers name man injured in fatal crash

State troopers have released the name of the man injured in Monday’s fatal wreck south of Ardmore but his condition was not available from Huntsville Hospital.
The driver of a Toyota passenger car, Yaga Traore, 72, of Huntsville, died when his car collided with a GMC truck on Alabama 251 near Bethel Road about 2:40 p.m., said Alabama State Trooper Curtis Summerville.

Traore was pronounced dead at the scene by Limestone County Coroner Mike West.
Traore’s passenger, Eze Iroh, 57, of Huntsville, was injured and flown by MedFlight helicopter to Huntsville Hospital. His condition was not available from the hospital, a spokeswoman said. He had been wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, a trooper said.
The driver of the truck, John Taylor, 21, of Ardmore, was not injured.
