BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Two Alabama teenagers have been indicted on capital murder charges in the shooting death of a high school senior.

AL.com reports a Jefferson County grand jury indicted 18-year-olds Monsure Davis and Dequerius Tyrell Fair on June 23. The teens are charged in the Jan. 31 death of Juzahris Webb, a senior at Wenonah High School, who was shot while walking home from school with a friend. The teens were also indicted on attempted murder charges for shooting at Webb’s friend, Demarcus Daniels.

A third teen, 18-year-old Sha Quon Edwards, is charged with first-degree theft of property in connection with a stolen car Davis and Fair were in during the shooting.

It’s unclear if the teens have lawyers. Trial dates have not yet been set for Davis and Fair.
