OXFORD, Ala. (AP) — Victoria’s Secret says all customers should be treated with dignity regardless of race.
The company’s statement issued Saturday comes after a customer complained of being racially profiled at one of the company’s stores at the Quintard Mall in Oxford.

Kimberly Houzah told news outlets that she and another black woman were asked to leave the store by a manager last Wednesday after another African-American woman — whom Houzah said she didn’t know — was accused of shoplifting.
The company says the incident should not have happened. They say they’ve talked with the customers and apologized.
They say the manager is no longer employed there, and they are meeting with staff to train them on inclusion values and policies.
