• John Michael Broadhurst, 33, of 205 Koonz Lane, Fayetteville, Tennessee, public intoxication
• Michael Shane Brown, 38, of 150 County Road 325, Trinity, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with revoked license, improper lane usage, second-degree illlegal possession of marijuana, and open container
• Brandon Dale Cribbs, 33, of 15347 Mill Valley Drive, Athens, public intoxication, attempting to elude law enforcement and third-degree theft
• Bonnie Gayle Holland, 66, of 409 Skyview Drive, Athens, DUI and improper lane use
• Alisha Katreen Pickett, 26, of 6409 Old Madison Pike, Apartment B-7, Huntsville, grand jury indictments for two counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument and two counts of third-degree theft

County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Monday:
• ATHENS – Aluminum sunroom, valued at $3,500, stolen June 19, from the 24000 block Pepper Road
• TONEY – Tom-Tom global positioning device, torque converter, two DVD players and medication, total value $320, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle June 19 in the 19000 block of East Limestone Road
• ATHENS – One central HVAC of unknown value stolen between June 18 and Saturday from the 16000 block of Poplar Creek Road
• ATHENS – Cash of an unknown amount stolen June 8 from the 20000 bloock of Edgewood Road
• TONEY – Games, DVDs, CDs, phone charger, five antique sculptures, and a Blue Ray player, total value $2,760, stolen Friday or Saturday from the 27000 block of Saddle Trail Road
• ATHENS – New England .243 caliber rifle and Marlin .22 caliber rifle, total value $480, stolen between March 14 and Saturday from the 14000 block of Hammons Road
• ATHENS – Cuckoo clock and ammunition box with tools, of unknown value, stolen between June 7 and Saturday from the 14000 block of Lucas Ferry Road
• ATHENS – Yamaha 2006 YFM four-wheeler, of unknown value, stolen Sturday frtom the 21000 block of Clement Gin Road

• Paula Renee Poole, 23, of 515 Hine St., Apartment C-10, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Kali Austin Honey, 18, of 11350 U.S. 72, Athens, driving under the combined influence of alcohol and drugs
• Andrea Elizabeth Flanagan, 29, of 18414 Alabama 99, Lot 83, Athens, illegal possession of a controlled substance
• Alicia Huertas De Valladarez, 54, of 6215 Melrose Road N.W., Huntsville, arrested for Madison City Police
• Ashlyn Leigh Blankenship, 18, of 2005 Morgan Ave., Decatur, third-degree theft of property
• Roger Dale McGee, 65, of 17191 Northwood Way, Athens, probation violation on a previous conviction of driving under the influence of alcohol
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Monday:
• Wells Fargo credit/debit cards, stolen June 18 from the Travel Inn, 1218 Kelli Drive
• Apple iPhone 5S, valued at $399, stolen Friday from the 800 block of U.S. 72 West
• Two spreader bars for a trench box and one wire rack with fittings, total value $3,000, stolen June 13 from the 100 block of Roy Long Road
• Someone attempted to commit a controlled substance crime by submitting a UAB prescription to the Publix Pharmacy
• Windshield of a Mitsubishi Coupe damaged, valued at $400, due to domestic violence (criminal mischief) Monday in the 1800 block of 14th Street
• Phone case and iPhone cable charger, total value $42.86, stolen Monday from Wal-Mart
