The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ELKMONT — Porta Cable nail gun valued at $200, trim nail gun valued at $75, Ryobi cordless drill valued at $200, two crown staplers valued at $140, Ryobi bag with drill bits valued at $75, electrical wire valued at $80, Warner 4-foot ladder valued at $50, Porta Cable circle saw valued at $100, extension cord valued at $75, hydraulic bottle jack valued at $50, paint tray of unknown value and oscillating saw valued at $80 stolen between May 3 and 7, 23000 block Elkton Road

• ATHENS — U.S. currency valued at $5,850 stolen between March 5 and April 21, 25000 block Apple Orchard Lane

• ATHENS — Unauthorized use of 2006 Nissan Xterra of unknown value May 7, 16000 block Parker Road

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Trace Austin Bradford, 20, of 100 E. Sanderfer Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassing communication)

• Jarad Brandt Dorne, 31, of 305 Kingswood Drive, Athens, fourth-degree theft of property

• Casey Elizabeth Johnson, 28, of 16599 Jay St., Athens, fourth-degree theft of property

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• Milwaukee band saw valued at $299 stolen from a vehicle between May 6 and 7, 1400 block Thrasher Road

• Food and drinks valued at $32.64 stolen May 7, 1300 block U.S. 72 East
