The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Robert Anthony Davis, 32, of 105 Coffman Court, Athens, public intoxication

• Danny Jaron Mayberry, 26, of 21796 Lakeview Drive, Ardmore, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia – first offense

• Gery Drall Peoples, 50, of 1903 17th St. SE, Decatur, harassment – simple assault and public lewdness – exposure or lewd act in public

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• ATHENS — Listerhill debit card valued at $1 stolen between Jan. 1 and March 19, 24000 block Traci Lynn Drive

• ATHENS — Stihl string trimmer and pole saw; Porter-Cable reciprocating saw, skill saw and angle grinder; Dewalt drill, Bosch hedge trimmers and nail gun; Craftsman hand tools; miscellaneous tools; battery charger; and five Shakespear fishing poles, total $2,463, stolen during burglary April 19 or 20, 25000 block Lawrenceburg Road

• ATHENS — Wallet valued at $40 stolen during vehicle break-in April 19 or 20, 13000 block New Cut Road

• ATHENS — Purse valued at $80 stolen during vehicle break-in April 19 or 20, 13000 block New Cut Road

• ELKMONT — Pictures valued at $1 stolen during burglary between April 12 and 20, 21000 block Harris Road

• ELKMONT — Performance antifreeze valued at $4 stolen April 20, 25000 block Thach Road

• ATHENS — Nikon binoculars, Snap-on tool set, Craftsman ratchets, Dremel tool set and battery set, Craftsman reciprocating saw, Dewalt drill, Echo pole saw and Milwaukee grease gun, total $2,850, stolen during burglary between April 18 and 21, 8000 block Mary Davis Road

• ELKMONT — Air-conditioning units valued at $5,000 stolen between April 1 and 7, 28000 block Boyd’s Chapel Road

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Dana Alan Green, 48, of 2038 S. Lindsay Lane, Athens, probation revocation for disorderly conduct

• Rodney Keith Bailey, 66, of 1505 S. Houston St., Athens, fourth-degree theft

• Juan Carlos Estrada, 30, of 1200 N. Jefferson St., Lot 15, driving under the influence of alcohol

• Norma Flores, 29, of 14290 Mooresville Road, Lot 17, Athens, third-degree domestic violence III (harassment) and third-degree domestic violence (menacing)

• Jose Carlos Cortes, 24, of 3223 Bayless Drive SW, Huntsville, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Jamie Leann Terry, 42, of 2069 Lawrence County Road 246, Moulton, public intoxication and unlawful possession of a controlled substance

• Kesha Ann Stewart, 27, of 437 Pearson St., Goodwater, giving false name to law enforcement

• Gregory Keith Schuller, 49, of 27688 Oak Grove Road, Elkmont, harassing communications and menacing

• Shanna Deanne Davis, 30, 700 S. Clinton St., Athens, DUI (controlled substances)

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Tuesday:

• Nissan Maxima vehicle tag stolen between April 12 and 19, 500 block Beaty Street

• Four fenders for Prius, total $499, damaged due to criminal mischief April 18 or 19, 1500 block U.S. 72 East

• Leather belt, two Donican purses, and jewelry and precious metals, total $500, stolen April 8, 1800 block Elkton Street

• Silver car cover valued at $130 stolen April 19 or 20, 1100 North Madison Street

• Two bicycles valued at $229.99 stolen April 19 or 20, 600 block U.S. 31 South, Suite B

• Phone case wallet, Redstone Federal Credit Union debit card, Alabama driver’s license and insurance cards, total $36, stolen during vehicle break-in April 17 or 18, 20000 block Sabrina Lane

• Residence energy meter valued at $50 stolen between April 18 and 22, 400 block Elm Street West

• Various store items valued at $100 stolen April 22, 1200 block U.S. 72 West
