County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts or incidents Tuesday:

• ARDMORE — iPhone 5 valued at $100 and medications of unknown value stolen between Jan. 5 and 6, 26000 block First Street

• ATHENS — Coleman air compressor valued at $75 stolen between Jan. 3 and 4, 15000 block Spring Lanke Drive

• ATHENS — Taurus pistol valued at $250 stolen from a vehicle between Jan. 3 and 8, 17000 block Stone Valley Drive

• ELKMONT — Cashio cash register valued at $100, LG microwave valued at $130, Tappan microwave valued at $50, three tables valued at $950 and two potato chip racks valued at $10 stolen between Dec. 11 and 15, 20000 block Tillman Mill Road

• ARDMORE — Redstone debit card valued at $10 and Redstone checks valued at $25 stolen Dec. 31, 29000 block Alabama 53

The Athens Police Department reported no new arrests Tuesday.

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts or incidents Tuesday:

• Vizio sound bar valued at $148, Phillips 43-inch TV valued at $338 and HP laptop valued at $599 stolen Jan. 8, 1000 block U.S. 72 East

• Four $500 gift cards valued at $2,000, 6-foot phone charging cable valued at $7.96 and shirt valued at $21.86 stolen Jan. 6, 1000 block U.S. 72 East
