Irene Lehr Cheesman

The funeral for Irene Cheesman, 74, of Ocala, Fla., will be at 2 p.m. today at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Dr. Rick Craft officiating. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from noon until the time of the service.

Mrs. Cheesman died Friday, May 25, 2007 at the Oakwood Nursing Center in Ocala, Fla.



Robert Allen Johnson

The funeral for Robert Allen Johnson, 86, of Athens, will be today at Spry Funeral Home with James Adams and Joey Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery.

Mr. Johnson died Sunday, May 27, 2007 at the Athens Convalescent Center.

He was born February 21, 1921 in Limestone County. He was a World War II and Korean Army Veteran. He retired from the State of Alabama ABC Board.

He is survived by his wife Evelyn Johnson of Athens; three sons, Curtis Johnson of Guntersville, Roger Johnson of Hartselle and John Robert Johnson of Athens; four brothers, Doug Johnson of Indiana, John (Buck) Johnson of Somerville, Ala., Don Johnson of Athens and Jim Johnson of Rogersville; two sisters, Jean Walters of Huntsville and Jewell Smith of Athens; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.



Aldena Marlow

The funeral for Aldena Marlow, 81, of Elkmont, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.

Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m.

Mrs. Marlow died Monday, May 28, 2007 at Sunbridge Nursing Home in Ardmore.



James Thomas Miller

The funeral of James Thomas Miller, 72, of Athens, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with William E. Bishop officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be today from 6-9 p.m.

Mr. Miller died Monday, May 28, 2007 at Huntsville Hospital.



Henry Eddis Romine

The funeral for Henry Eddis Romine, 89, of Anderson, Ala., was Monday, May 28 at Spry Funeral Home with Don Osborne and Joel Holt officiating. Burial was in Civitan Cemetery in Rogersville.

Mr. Johnson died Saturday, May 26, 2007 at his residence.
