Limestone County authorities are reporting a person has been killed in four-wheeler accident at East Limestone and Barksdale roads in eastern Limestone County.

The wreck was reported about noon. A MedFlight helicopter was called and then canceled after rescue personnel arrived and determined the wreck was fatal.

The victim’s identity cannot be released at this time pending notification of relatives.

Coroner Mike West said he could not say at this time the victim’s age or sex.
