Flannagan-Gentry

Patricia Megan Nicole Flannagan of Athens and James Travis Gentry of Toney, were married in a 4 p.m. ceremony May 23, 2009, at Athens State University with Terry Lee Boldin Jr. officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Chris and Kim Flannagan of Athens. Her grandparents are James and Pat Boldin of Athens, and the late Edward and Dezzie Flannagan.

The groom is the son of Bobby and Jennifer Gentry of Toney. His grandparents are the late Dewayne and Juanita Nabors, and the late James and Vera Gentry.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Maid of honor was Dee Dee Smith. Bridal attendants were Melanie Griffin, Teresa Hughes, Brooklyn Grisham, Sarah Smith, Erika Gentry, Zada Flannagan, Gabie Smith, and Gracie Smith. The flower girls were Abby Brown and Makenzie Matthews.

Jason Spradling served as best man. Groomsmen were Todd Nabors, Tyler Nabors, Kevin Fair, Joey Burnett, Blaine Brown, Matthew Flannagan, Austin Terry, and Peyton Boldin.

The ringbearer was Christian Boldin.

Music was provided by Tonya and Shannon Hubbard.

A reception followed the ceremony at Founders Hall at Athens State University.

After a wedding trip to Fort Walton Beach, Fla., the couple returned home to Athens.
