Eagle Eye
Local photographer Dean Baucom has been shooting photographs of this pair of eagles for six years. Their nest is on Cambridge Lane, off of Browns Ferry Road, in Limestone County. The eagles are currently sitting on an egg that is close to hatching. Baucom said the pair has hatched seven eaglets since she began shooting photos. She named the couple Hazel, right, and Henry, left, after two of her in-laws who passed away. She took this photo about three weeks ago.
