Olson-Jackson

Chirsti Elizabeth Olson of Huntsville and Michael Paul Jackson of Athens were married in a 2 p.m. ceremony June 7, 2009, at Grace Lutheran Church of Huntsville with Kevin Arndt officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Kimbrent and Colonol Juli Olson of Huntsville. Her grandparents are Bonnie Olson of Humboldt, Iowa, Rudolfina Tracy of Huntsville, the late Dale Olson, and the late Richard Tracy.

The groom is the son of Bill and Alice Jackson of Athens. His grandparents are Oma Jackson of Athens, the late Arvin Jackson, the late Felix Woodrow, and the late Maurice Wilson.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Maid of honor was Lauren Walls. Bridal attendants were Megan Finnorn, Liza Bennich, and Emily Grumbles. Brooke Harriman, sister of the bride, read passages from the Bible. The flower girls were Lauren Grumbles, Meredith Perkins, Lindsey Perkins, Natalie Perkins and Sydney Hyatt.

Bill Jackson served as best man. Groomsmen were Ryan Tucker, Jonathan Brown and Jonathan Lovelady. Ushers were John Wilson, Joel Olson, Jeremy Brown, and Brian Held. The ringbearer was Justin Tracy.

Music was provided by Susan Saddler and Sandy McCutcheon.

A reception followed the ceremony at Early Works Museum. Servers were from Chophouse Downtown Catering.

After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple returned home to Huntsville.
