U.S. Air Force Airmen and Limestone natives Alisa Hart and Brayden D. Cypret recently graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

Each completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training also earn credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Hart is the daughter of Cynthia Hart of Huntsville and William Hart of Athens. She is a 2017 graduate of West Limestone High School.

Cypret is the son of Jennifer K. and Bryan D. Cypret of Athens. He is a 2016 graduate of East Limestone High School.
