Alabama governor surveys storm damage
PRATTVILLE, Ala. (AP) — Gov. Robert Bentley toured Autauga County and met with people affected by the storm that swept across the state.
The storm that hit Alabama Friday killed seven people across Alabama and damaged homes and businesses.
Bentley looked at the damage in Autauga County on Saturday and met with people affected by the storm in the Boone’s Chapel community.
The storm nearly destroyed the Boone’s Chapel Baptist Church. Three of the people killed Friday attended the church.
