2 arrested on drug charges in Limestone

Two Elkmont residents remained jailed on drug charges Monday in Limestone County following their arrests May 31, court records show.

Robert Allen Hobbs, 44, and Brittany Lynn Bertin, 30, both of 28555 Boyd’s Chapel Road, Apt. 116, were arrested on warrants charging them with possession/receipt of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, records show.

Limestone County Sheriff’s Deputy Steve Ferguson made the arrests.

They remained in the Limestone County Jail Monday with bail set at $3,500 each.

Their court dates have not yet been scheduled.
