LCSO: 2 arrested for drug trafficking in Elkmont

On Thursday, the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and K-9 Unit conducted an operation in Elkmont, Alabama. As part of the operation, more than one-half pound of methamphetamine was seized and two arrests were made, the LCSO reported.

Russell Schrimsher, a parolee from Ardmore, Tennessee, and Jimmy Williams of Pulaski, Tennessee, were charged with drug trafficking. Both men are being held in the Limestone County Jail, each on a $100,000 bond.
