Barbara Ogles

The funeral for Barbara Faye Ogles, 72, of Athens will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.  

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. 

Mrs. Ogles died Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013. 

She was born March 14, 1941, in Giles County, Tenn., to Lawrence Harwell and Ellaree Birdwell Harwell. Mrs. Ogles was a member of Eastside Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Ogles of Athens; daughter, Deborah Taylor and husband, Scott, of Maryville, Tenn.; three sons, Michael Ogles and wife, Nikki, of Athens, Mark Ogles and wife, Andrea, of Alexandria, Va., and Daniel Ogles and wife, Paula, of Athens; a sister, Nancy Clines of Athens; grandchildren, Will Ogles and wife, Sara, Drew Ogles, Matthew Taylor, Emma Taylor, Paige Ogles and Grant Ogles; and two great-grandchildren, Abbi Ogles and Andy Ogles.

Pallbearers will be Will Ogles, Scott Hudson, Rocky Montgomery, Greg Denton, Doug Fields and Craig Calvert.  Honorary pallbearers will be Drew Ogles, Matthew Taylor, Grant Ogles and Andy Ogles.
