Payton Reece Pennington, daughter of Douglas and Kayla Pennington of Athens, celebrated her third birthday April 28 at a Minnie Mouse party at Joe Wheeler State Park. Her birthday is April 30. She is the granddaughter of Jeffery and Carmen Graves, Melissa Burbank, Terry Pennington and Geneva Rainey, all of Florence. Her great-grandparents are Charles and Alice Sharp of Waterloo, Thomas and Brenda Davis of Tuscumbia, and Dortha Graves and Berl Burbank, both of Florence.
