Joshua Aaron Hudson and Haley Lynn Chittam

Mr. and Mrs. Terry Chittam of Athens announce the engagement of their daughter, Haley Lynn Chittam, to Joshua Aaron Hudson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Todd Hudson of Covington, Ga.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Chittam and Dean Meadows, all of Athens, and the late Emmett Meadows.

She is a 2009 graduate of Athens Bible School and is currently enrolled at Auburn University in Montgomery where she is pursuing a degree in nursing.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Michael West Sr. of Hiawassee, Ga., and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hudson of Covington.

He is a 2006 graduate of Eastside High School in Covington and is currently enrolled at Troy University where he is pursuing a degree in business management. He is employed by Terry Cullen South Lake Chevrolet as an appraiser.

The wedding is planned for March 10 at Creekside Plantation in Mooresville.
