Baylen Jack Looney, son of Matt and Whitney Looney of Athens, celebrated his first birthday Dec. 31 at a farm party. He is the grandson of Tracy Goode, and Jackie and Debbie Looney, both of Athens. His great-grandparents are Virginia Goode of Athens and James Howard of Rogersville.
