William Jonathan Quillen and Jennifer Nicole Noel

Mr. and Mrs. John Noel of Athens announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Nicole Noel, to William Jonathan Quillen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Quillen of Athens.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late John and Emily Noel and Charles and Beverly Wing.

She is a 2002 graduate of East Limestone High School and 2006 graduate of University of North Alabama. She received her master’s degree of elementary education in the summer of 2011.

She is employed by the Limestone County Board of Education.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mavis Beckham of Athens and the late William B. Beckham and the late James Clyde and Ruby Fay Quillen.

He is a 1999 graduate of Clements High School and 2005 graduate of Athens State University.  He completed the North Alabama Electrical JATC apprenticeship in May.

He is employed by Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.

The wedding is planned for 5:30 p.m. Dec. 30, at First Presbyterian Church in Athens.
