CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) — Investigators are trying to determine what sparked a blaze that burned a fraternity house at Clemson University.
Multiple media outlets reported no one was hurt in the blaze Thursday morning at the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity house.
Three fraternity members were in the 105-year-old house when the fire started. Six members were living in the 25-room house for the summer.
Fraternity president Casey Johnson says the students practice fire drills regularly and the alarms worked.
About three dozen firefighters worked to extinguish the flames.
