The Daily Mountain Eagle reports that Police Chief T.J. Burnett says Tiffany Olivia Rhodes of Sumiton is facing first-degree theft charges. Police say a witness reported seeing the tractor taken on Wednesday by a woman with short black hair and a bathing suit, and a car wash employee supplied additional information.
