The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Saturday:

• Johnny Monroe Cooper, 35, of 10889 Bellingrath Road, Theodore, illegal possession of prohibited liquor

• Ronnie Lee Gerhold, 39, of 29364 Lakeview Drive, Ardmore, four counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Gerry Lynn Langford Jr., 30, of 24506 Wagon Trail, Athens, six counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Amber Lynn Lankster, 24, of 10150 Country Corner, Athens, public intoxication and endangerment of a child

• Andrew Earl Lynn, 20, of 25558 Capshaw Road, Athens, DUI and speeding

• Patrick Neal McGrew, 35, of 20571 Todd Circle, Athens, second-degree theft by deception and defrauding secured creditors

• Christopher Bergeron Millien, 37, of 6698 Mooresville Road, Tanner, violated probation terms for DUI (for Morgan County)

• Cheryl Ann Smith, 34, of 27670 Eagle Road, Harvest, public intoxication



County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no thefts Saturday.



City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the follow arrests Saturday:

• James Weldon Clark, 36, of 16174 Sutton Drive, Athens, third-degree theft of property

• Jason Wade Hurt, 39, of 13440 Carter Road, Athens, DUI

• Carlos Alberto Ocampo, 27, of 309 Thomas St., Athens, DUI

The Athens Police Department reported no thefts Saturday.
