The Alabama Veterans Museum & Archives has announced it will close its doors until Wednesday, Sept. 1, due to a case of COVID-19 exposure.

Museum officials also announced the monthly coffee call would be canceled until further notice. 

The free museum is staffed by veterans and volunteers who work to preserve and promote Alabama’s military history and draws thousands of visitors each year.
