Athens High School is hosting their Fall scholarship signing day today, Nov. 10, at 11:30 a.m. from the sports arena in the back of the school, near parking lot C.

According to Director of Football Operations, Eddie Murphree, there are “several” students signing scholarships today.

“We look forward to recognizing our student athletes,” Murphree said.

The athletes continuing their successful careers at the next level include:

Tucker Stockman – Southern Mississippi

Cooper Cochran – University of Tennessee at Martin

Braeden Harrison – Wallace State Community College in Hanceville

Sam Sandy – Bevill State Community college in Fayette

Connor Beck – Bevill State Community College in Fayette

Anna Carder – Southern Illinois

Katie Simon – Auburn University in Montgomery

Emily Simon – Auburn University in Montgomery

Brynn South – Motlow State Community College

Carter Pettey – University of Tennessee Southern

Track & Field

Kylie Rinke – University of Alabama in Huntsville
