The Limestone County Health Department reported the following restaurant scores and critical items for the week of June 17–21:

• Athens Mini Mart (Marathon Gas), 1100 U.S. 72 East, Athens — 72 (two dial thermometers out of calibration, using lemon-scented bleach for sanitization, cheese at 47 degrees, bologna at 47 degrees, breakfast biscuits at 126 degrees, wings at 126 degrees, pork chops at 115 degrees);

• Tab’s Market No. 2, 27490 Capshaw Road, Athens — 85;

• Family Dollar Stores of AL Inc. No. 20, 515 S. Jefferson St., Athens — 88 (dented cans);

• Jack’s No. 248, 15412 Greenfield Drive, Athens — 89 (unclean inside ice maker and ring, dining area drink nozzles were moldy, 2-inch pans and wire racks were dirty but stored as clean);

• Subway No. 32121 (East Limestone Road), 15024 East Limestone Road, Harvest — 92 (meats and cheeses at 45–50 degrees);

• Geezburger, 13951 Shaw Road, Athens — 92;

• Cork & Crust Pizzeria, 12120 County Line Road, Madison — 95.
