Local authorities are seeking a black van occupied by two white males that may have a juvenile female kidnap victim inside, according to dispatch reports.

The van was last seen heading north on Interstate 65 from Interstate 565. The van may be a 2018 Chrysler van with out-of-state plates.

The Decatur Police Department issued the original be-on-the-lookout for bulletin to local law enforcement agencies in an effort to find the vehicle.
