HUNTSVILLE — The Alabama Department of Transportation advises motorists to expect the following lane and shoulder closures for guardrail repairs on Interstate 65 in Morgan and Limestone counties this week, weather permitting:

• Southbound inside lane and southbound inside shoulder in front of the Alabama Welcome Center (milepost 363.4) between Ardmore and Elkmont from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday; and

• Northbound outside lane and northbound outside shoulder at mile marker 319, near the bridges north of the Lacon Exit (Exit 318) from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, and Thursday, Aug. 9.
