The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:
• Kasey Marie Kilpatrick, 23, of 13222 U.S. 31, Athens, harassment
• Melissa Lynn Lockard, 38, of 208B Campbell Drive, Athens, harassment
• Jenna Marie Lockard, 19, of 21161 Old Elkmont Road, Athens, harassment
• Deshon Lamont Reynolds, 20, of 12098 Lukers Way, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana
• Scott Edward Thornton, 23, of 301 Garrett Drive, Athens, DUI
• Byron G. Gordon, 47, of 26541 Bethel Road, Elkmont, first-degree receiving stolen property
• David Lee Brown, 38, of 29354 Ninth Ave., Ardmore, arrest for another agency
• Shelley D. Campbell, 25, of 2514 Easter Ferry Road, Elkmont, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance
• Benjamin Allen Hill, 27, of 25114 Easter Ferry Road, Elkmont, possession of a controlled substance and firearms license required
• Morris H. Bramlett, 61, of 5354 Bayshore Drive, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance
• Jayson Clinton Roberts, 48, of 115 General Forrest Court, Symrna, Tennessee, third-degree criminal trespassing, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following thefts or incidents Monday:
• 500 GB external hard drive valued at $125 stolen between Oct. 9 and Feb. 17, 1800 block U.S. 72 East
• Insurance card of no value, driver’s license of no value, cellphone holder valued at $20, Regions debit card of no value and cellphone valued at $50 stolen Feb. 18, 1000 block U.S. 72 East
• Damage valued at $40 to storm window between Feb. 18 and 19, 300 block Vine Street
