The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Monday:
• Joshua Kenneth Bankston, 28, of 13839 Pulaski Pike, Ardmore, possession of a controlled substance and first-degree receiving stolen property (grand jury indictments), manufacturing a controlled substance, driving while suspended, duty upon striking fixture on highway and bond on charge of first-degree receiving stolen property revoked
• Oneka Rheah Grondona, 25, of 5010 Chancelor Square, Apt. C, Huntsville, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Wesley Cole Guthrie, 21, of 23995 E. Clearmont Drive, Elkmont, possession of a controlled substance
• Steven Eugene Hacker, 18, of 18484 Bill Black Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (menacing)
• Kirk Harold Logan IV, 33, of 91 Vanzant Road, Dellrose, Tenn., possession of burglary tools
• Johnathan Chadwick Pratt, 25, of 19203 Elkton Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance
• Yolanda Fay Butler, 37, of 2016 Flagstone Drive, Apt. 916, Madison two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Thomas Ray Eaton, 27, of 19204 Cox Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Robert Lane Mitchell, 19, of 27919 Shannon Road, Ardmore, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Angel Nicole Patterson, 24, of 19594 Alabama 99, Athens, third-degree theft (warrant from Florence Police Department)
• Juan Alcides Saenz Marad, 23, of 2021 Flagstone Drive, Madison, DUI and no insurance
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:
• Cameron Michael Blake, 21, of 2325 Colony Drive, Huntsville, third-degree domestic violence harassment
• Chad Evan Brown, 23, of 20192 Wallace Lane, Athens, driving under the influence
• Christian W. Brown, 34, of 2858 Rockhouse Road S.W., Madison, arrest for another agency
• Amanda Marie Langford, 24, of 306 N. Hine St., Athens, possession of a controlled substance
• Roger Dale Moore, 64, of 1425 Cerro Gordo Road, Olive Hill, Tenn., DUI
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• Five-gallon container of kerosene, propane bottle with heather and two kerosene heaters, total value $423, stolen Thursday or Friday from 1111 Juniper Circle
• Front passenger window valued at $550 damaged due to criminal mischief Thursday at 1212 Kelli Drive
• 16-by-16 dog kennel valued at $320 stolen between Nov. 15 and Saturday from 800 Coleman Ave.
• Car window broken and Lane Bryant credit card, Sam’s Club credit card, Kohl’s credit card, Social Security card, $600 in cash and brown leather purse, total value $1,175, stolen during vehicle break-in Saturday in 1900 block U.S. 72 West
• Front passenger window broken and Fossil brand purse, Prada brand eye glasses and credit cards, total value $430, stolen during vehicle break-in Saturday at 16132 Athens-Limestone Boulevard
Wrecks
• Trinity Tackett, 4, and Shirley L. Paxton, 53, both of Madison, were injured in a two-vehicle accident at 2:15 p.m. Friday on U.S. 72 at Houston Street, according to Athens Police.
• Stanley Wayne Stephens, 54, of Athens, was injured in a collision with an unoccupied parked vehicle at 4:40 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of Hometown Grocery.
Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported one admission and no discharges Monday.
