Firefighters from the East Limestone and Oak Grove-Thach volunteer fire departments responded Friday evening to a barn fire on Beatline Road in East Limestone. They initially had to use caution, as there were explosive materials reported in the area. The barn was a complete loss. Firefighters were still putting out hot spots as of The News Courier’s deadline.
