A Limestone County stepfather accused of exposing himself to a 12-year-old has been charged with indecent exposure, records show.

Tony Dwight Thompson, 36, of 33270 Alabama 99, Anderson, was arrested Friday on a warrant obtained by Limestone County Sheriff’s Investigator Emily Lewter.

According to the complaint Lewter filed in Limestone County District Court, the victim told a relative Thompson would expose himself in front of her while watching television. She said he would sometimes watch pornography while doing so.

The victim also said Thompson would try to get her to look at him when he engaged in the behavior but she would go to her bedroom and lock her door. She said he never asked her to touch him nor did he try to touch her, according to the complaint.

The Department of Human Resources was present during the child’s interview.
