Wednesday: Apple juice, ham and potato casserole, rutabagas, mustard greens, cornbread, two oatmeal cookies, milk or buttermilk.

Thursday: Smothered chick breast, buttered rice, broccoli with cheese, fresh fruit, wheat breadstick, organ gelatin, milk.
