According to the report Craig filed in Limestone County District Court, he went to Miller’s home to serve the warrant. When Miller answered the door, he told her she had an outstanding bond revocation warrant for her arrest.

She told the deputy, “Oh hell no I don’t” and tried to close the door.

Craig made his way into the house and saw Miller walking away from him. He told her to stop but she continued into her bedroom.

When Craig tried to handcuff her, she jerked away and lay face up on the bed with her arms behind her.

Craig told Miller he was going to pepper spray her if she didn’t comply. Miller said she wasn’t going to jail and scratched the deputy across the forehead and left arm.

Craig pepper sprayed Miller but she continued to resist arrest. While handcuffing her, she spit on him.

She then began shaking and foaming at the mouth.

An ambulance was called, and Miller was checked and cleared by medics.

Miller was charged with second-degree assaulting an officer in addition to the bond revocation.

She remained in the Limestone County Jail Wednesday with bail set at $5,000 on the felony assault charge. She cannot be released at this time due to the bond revocation on a previous charge.
