County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Thursday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:

• Tina Renea Collins, 37, of 16 Shasteen Lane, Somerville, grand jury indictment for second-degree theft

• Jerry Ansel Gage, 55, of 25158 Heathrow St., Toney, DUI (alcohol)

• Lendez Dontavious Hampton, 18, of 25781 Camden Court, Athens, attempt to elude law enforcement by any means

• Jamie Edward Rhineheimer, 27, of 22296 Sugar Way, Elkmont, violated probation on previous conviction for first-degree receiving stolen property

• Lela Inez Wilson, 24, of 1418 E. Elm St., Apt. 4-D, Athens, public intoxication

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following theft Thursday:

• ELKMONT — Gasoline, value $15, stolen April 4 in 18000 block Upper Fort Hampton Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday and Thursday:

• Scott James Richards, 45, of 1500 U.S. 72 East, Room 217, fourth-degree theft and circulating change bills (any paper issued without authority of law to answer the purpose of money)

• Tracy Joe Brooks, 52, of 24962 Queens Ann Lace, Athens, disorderly conduct

• Michael Tyrone-Chance Hunt, 29, of 18295 Pinedale Road, Elkmont, bond revoked on previous charge of third-degree theft

• Charles Wesley Lucas, 26, of 10917 Griffith Road, Tanner, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Wednesday and Thursday:

• $2,168 taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle April 4 in 21000 block Athens-Limestone Lane

• Various rifles and shotguns including brand names Remington, SKB, Kel-Tec and H&R, total value $3,300, stolen between April 3 and 4 in 13000 block U.S. 31 South

• LG Stylo 2 cellphone, value $250, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle April 1 in1200 block East Pryor Street

• Bolens BL160 string trimmer, value $50, stolen April 5 in 1900 block U.S. 72 West

• Apple iPhone 7 Plus with Black Kate Spade case, value $800, stolen April 6 in 600 block South Clinton Street
