Limestone County Superintendent Dr. Tom Sisk had new information about the child who was hit by a car after getting off a bus on Copeland Road:

The eight-year-old female is a student at Johnson Elementary School. Sisk said the condition of the student is not known at this time. He said counselors would be on hand at the school Wednesday for students or staff who need support.
