The driver of a car that crashed on Alabama 251 north of the intersection of Mooresville Road is out of the vehicle and is being treated for “multiple lacerations,” according to scanner reports.

A utility pole was damaged in the crash and utility lines are down on the ground. Drivers are urged to avoid the area as crews continue to work the scene.
