• William Eric Scruggs, 38, of 11373 Stewart Road, Tanner, third-degree domestic violence (simple assault)

• Laderrick Lashun Thompson, 21, of 1705 Townsend St., Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana

• James Daniel Tucker, 43, of 1500 U.S. 72 East, Athens, using false identity to obstruct justice

• Rebecca Jean Wallis, 55, of 100 S. Cypress St., Florence, negotiating a non-negotiable worthless instrument
