County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Thursday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:

• James Michael Holt, 42, of 920 Yarbrough Road, Harvest, third-degree theft

• Bradley Preston Lane Hovis, 21, of 27553 Harvest Road, Toney, possession of a controlled substance

• Lincoln Grey Lawrence, 23, of 28336 Jessica Drive, Toney, DUI (alcohol)

• Charlie Wayne Phillips, 42, of 15790 Dupree Drive, Athens, Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle

• Jeremie Daniel Turner, 34, of 25660 Copeland Road, Athens, unlawful attempt to purchase ephedrine or pseudoephedrine

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following thefts Thursday:

• ATHENS — Tan and white female Collie dog, valued at $200, stolen Feb. 8 from 12000 block Lawngate Road

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Gary Ronald Graham, 41, of 19090 Alabama 99, Athens, probation violation

• Elizabeth Anne Case, 33, of 303 E. Pryor St., Athens, possession of a controlled substance (arrest for Limestone County Sheriff’s Office)

City thefts

Athens Police reported the following thefts and incidents Thursday:

• 10-Point shadow ultra light crossbow, valued at $200, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between Feb. 2 and 6 from 17000 block Hubert Street

• Kyrico Brigadier cellphone, valued at $500, stolen Feb. 8 from 1000 block U.S. 72

• Sanyo television, valued at $300, stolen between Feb. 8 and 9 from 1000 block Townsend Street
