The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Wednesday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:

• James Edward Evans, 31, of 20153 Piney Chapel Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Martin Garcia Gonzalez, 34, of 128 Michael Ave., Madison, driving under the influence (alcohol)

• Jeremy Paul Patrick, 39, of 16050 American Way, Athens, possession of a controlled substance

• Julyn Dewayne Posey, 51, of 16973 Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana

• Hunter Eugene Rose, 18, of 16957 Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road, Athens, public intoxication

• Jason Lee Scott, 39, of 25949 Rooker Lane, Elkmont, contempt of court and driving while license suspended

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following theft Wednesday:

• ATHENS — Seven plastic totes valued at $70 stolen March 7 from 19000 block Alabama 99

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrest Wednesday:

• Kevin Deshawn Tolliver, 23, of 14 Sandra Lane, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• Wallet containing currency, Social Security card, Alabama ID card and credit and debit cards, total $34, stolen March 6 from 1500 block Wheeler Street

• Glock 22 .40-caliber pistol and Smith & Wesson .38-caliber handgun, total $700, stolen between Dec. 10, 2016, and Feb. 1 (reported March 7) from 15000 block Line Road
