On Friday, Cheyenne Marie Harris, 17, of 3403 Rosedale Drive, Huntsville, was arrested on the same charge, Police Chief Floyd Johnson said.

Although Harris is a juvenile, she was charged as an adult and, therefore, her name was released to the media.

Investigators found Clay at his home, Johnson said.

He was booked at the Police Department and transferred to Limestone County Jail, where bail is set at $20,000.

Harris turned herself in at the Police Department, where she was booked and transferred to the county jail. Her bail is also set at $20,000.

Clay’s roommate, Tyrone Kim Edwards Jr., 19, was arrested Wednesday on the same charge.

The robbery

The victim told police he had arranged to buy an iPhone 6 for $250 and had agreed to meet the seller at the McDonald’s parking lot on U.S. 72 East on Dec. 2 to make the transaction.

A man and woman arrived at the lot. When the victim exited his vehicle, the man struck him in the head with a pistol and stole the money, he told police.

The man and woman then fled to a 2010 silver Kia Optima parked at Taco Bell and escaped with another man driving the car, police have said.
