County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests Friday. Some arrests may be previously reported, probation or bond revocations or part of a grand jury indictment:

• Edward Neil Davis, 49, of 311 Third St., Arab, two counts of failing to pay child support

• Carl Anthony McCain, 20, of 17712 Pamela Drive, Athens, third-degree burglary

• Mary Dian Miles, 29, of 146 Thomas Road, Altoona, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Lesley Ann Neely, 41, of 12272 Sommers Road, Athens, third-degree theft by deception

• Rebecca Justine Speers, 29, of 503 East Brook Circle, Huntsville, public intoxication and three counts of third-degree possession of a forged instrument
