The state baseball playoffs have officially arrived.

Four teams in The News Courier’s coverage area — Athens Bible, Lindsay Lane, Elkmont and West Limestone — qualified for the postseason and will battle it out in first-round series beginning Friday in hopes of keeping their title hopes alive.

All four programs will hit the road.
