West Limestone’s varsity baseball team picked up a 4-3 home victory over Elkmont on Monday.

The Wildcats trailed 3-0 entering the seventh inning but tied the game following an RBI single by Jayden Burford and a two-out, two-run single by Jasper Griffin.

Hayden Hill then singled to left field in the eighth inning to put West Limestone in the win column.

West Limestone’s softball team, meanwhile, cruised to an 11-0 win against St. John Paul II.

JuliAnn Kyle homered and struck out 10 batters in the circle. Haley Waggoner also went deep.
