– second-degree possession of marijuana

– disorderly conduct, public intoxication, pedestrian on roadway

– two counts chemical endangerment- child abuse

– two counts chemical endangerment- child abuse

– giving false identification to law enforcement

– third-degree criminal possession of forged instrument

– possession of controlled substance

– two counts attempt to elude by any means, open container, third-degree burglary, failure to register vehicle, operating vehicle without insurance, driving while license suspended/revoked

– Athens- first-degree theft, US currency, Feb. 15, $42,150, 9000 block Beechwood Road

– Athens- third-degree retail theft, two cans of Sprite, Feb. 15, $6, 19000 block US Hwy 99

– Tanner- first-degree theft: red trailer, diesel tank, diesel pump, Feb. 16, $3,500, 19000 block George Washington Street
