ARDMORE — The Greater Ardmore Chamber is excited to announce the recent reopening of the Ardmore Huddle House, located at 24315 Main Street, near Exit 1 on I-65. The American cuisine casual-dining restaurant is under new management, and they have constructed an eager staff ready to serve.
The locally owned and operated Ardmore Huddle House is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., offering a full menu that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The new management team consists of Robert Dimock, general manager, and Kayla Meagher, assistant manager. Dimock is a firm believer in and recipient of second chances; he mentioned that his hope for the Huddle House is to create an environment where the people of Ardmore can feel welcome and comfortable eating while building a work environment that fosters development, opportunities and compassion.
Dimock had the privilege of watching his dad, George Dimock, run a business for most of his life. He said he planned on implementing the most important lesson he learned from his dad — “Take care of your people and take care of your customers and they’ll take care of you.”
Meagher, assistant manager, stated that the Huddle House is the perfect blend of “hometown” and “road trip.” She also mentioned that working so close to the interstate gives them a chance to extend their classic southern hospitality to travelers from out of town, and being nestled in Ardmore allows them to provide the inviting atmosphere of a small town.
Meagher said that she loved how the Huddle House has become a place where anyone, from anywhere, can come in for great food, be greeted by a smiling team and feel welcomed, no matter where they are from.
