– Raw fish held at 49 degrees and raw potatoes held at 67 degrees
– Unknown liquid waste found in open food in the walk-in freezer- items were discarded
– The presence of a live roach in the food area

– Employees reused gloves. Discussed with them use limitations of disposable gloves.
– Prepackaged burgers being held at 55 degres

Real Shop Inc.- 18461 AL Hwy 99, Athens- 87
– The use of the hand sink blocked by small bottles- removed my management
– Several ready-to-eat items missing the correct dates. Discarded and corrected by management.

Twice Daily/White Bison #3114– 1721 TriGreen Drive, Athens- 90
– Establishment was unable to show an illness policy for employees present. New formed filled out by the
end of the inspection.

Ro’s Grille LLC– 126 N. Jefferson Street, Athens- 91
– Several pots and pans held with food residue on them
– Food storage containers have cracks in them. The food containers were rewashed and the damaged
containers were discarded.

McDonald’s – 72 E– 1529 US Hwy 72, Athens- 91
– Three compartment sink unable to maintain required minimum of 110 degrees at the warewashing
station.
Follow up- The three compartment sink reached a hot water temptation of 145 degrees- abated

Marcial’s Fresh Produce– 21310 Easter Ferry Road, Elkmont- 92
– Establishment unable to provide chemical sanitizer for the ware-washing process.
– Follow up- chlorine available for sanitization- abated

– Could not provide signed sick policies for any employee present. Manager had employees read and sign
by end of inspection.
